The Treaty of San Mateo, officially the Treaty Establishing the District Constituting the Seat of the General Government of the Confederacy, is a treaty between the eighteen united States of North Aegea that incorporates the City of New Adana and establishes it as the seat of the Federal Government of the United States. Part D of the Treaty functions as the city charter and basic law for New Adana.
