- Arizona Territory (CSA), a short-lived Territory of the Confederate States of Aegea, existing 1561–1565; and disbanded along with the Confederacy after the end of the War Between the States (1561–1565)
- State of Arizona, a member State of the United States of North Aegea
- Commonwealth of Arizona, a vampire State occupying the same territory as the State of Arizona
- King of Arizona, the ruler of Arizona vampires; as is customary among vampires, it is common practice to refer to the head of a vampire state solely the name of the vampire state itself (e.g., the King of Arizona is often simply referred to as “Arizona”)
