The President of the Russian DFR (Russian: Президент Российский ДФР), officially the President of the Russian Democratic Federative Republic (Russian: Президент Российской Демократической Федеративной Республики), informally the Federation President or the President of the Federation (Russian: Президент Федерации), is the Federal head of state and head of government of the Russian Democratic Federative Republic.

The Manner of choosing the Russian DFR’s president is unique to the RDFR, in which there is no set Term, per se, but the President is held to account to the electorate of the Federation via sexennial retention election: Every six Years on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, the electorate in each of the 64 federated provinces of the Russian DFR are asked if the incumbent should serve another six Years; if a Majority of them in a Majority of the Provinces vote in the Affirmative, the incumbent serves another six Years, at which point the electorate is asked again if he should continue to serve as their President; but if they vote in the negative, that is they think new leadership is needed, an election for a new President takes place the following Year on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in March (the outgoing incumbent may not be among the candidates for the Office of President), with the new President taking the presidential Oath of Office at noon on the twenty-second of October of the same Year, at which point he officially becomes President of the RDFR, and the outgoing incumbent returns to being a private citizen. However, the Russian President is not elected by popular vote, but by an electoral college, whereby the electorate cast their vote in their capacity as sixty-four separate sovereign Provinces, and the vote of each Provinces is weighted according to population (the more populous the Province, the more electoral votes it has); and the actual number of votes allocated to each Province is conterminous to the total number of Senators and Delegates to which that Province may be entitled in the Federal Parliament.
