The Treaty Establishing a Constitution for the United States (“TECUS”), also known as the “Union Treaty”, the “Treaty of Prescott”, and the “Federal Constitution Treaty”, is the third permanent (fourth overall) and current Federal constitution for the United States of North Aegea. Submitted to the States for ratification on September 17, 1718, and with final ratification achieved on December 7, 1719, it subsequently went into force at midnight on January 1, 1720. TECUS replaced the Constitution for the United States (1487), the second constitution for the United States of North Aegea. |
