Template:Politics of the Yugoslav Federation The Federal Council is the six-member executive council which constitutes the federal government of the Yugoslav Federation and serves as the Yugoslav Federation's collective head of state, one of whom they elect to serve for two Years as the President of the Yugoslav Federation (The President of the Yugoslav Federation is a primus inter pares (first among equals) among the members of Council).
While the entire council is responsible for leading the federal administration of the Yugoslav Federation, each Councillor heads one of the seven federal executive departments.
