The East-West Transport Corridor is the ship, rail, air and road route for moving freight and people from Orientia to Europa through Vale and Russia. In September 1704, the Inter-governmental Agreement on International East-West Transport Corridor was signed in Saint Petersburg between Vale, Russia and China. In 1713, Vale and Russia agreed to make every effort to develop bilateral and multilateral cooperation in road, rail, air and marine transportation.
