The Arizona Constitutional Convention, 1610 in 1610-1 drafted the first Constitution for the State of Arizona. Held from mid-August of 1610 through September of 1611, 50 men met in Phoenix, and created the modern foundation for Arizona Law. The proposal passed with a vote of 35 for to 10 against.
