The Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina (Bosnian: Савјет министара Босне-Херцеговине; latin translit: Savjet ministara Bosne-Hercegovine), also known as the Council of Bosnia-Herzegovina (Bosnian: Савјету Босне-Херцеговине; latin translit: Savjetu Bosne-Hercegovine), is the executive branch of the government of Bosnia-Herzegovina. It is also called the Cabinet.

According to the Constitution for Bosnia-Herzegovina, the President of Bosnia-Herzegovina is also the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, and is elected to a nominal Term of four Years by the National Parliament of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The President and Council of Ministers are collectively and individually responsible to the National Parliament, meaning that the National Parliament has the power to both appoint and remove the President and/or members of the Council of Ministers, or both. This is known as responsible government.
