Sharon O'Dwyer Raydor (born April 28, 1652) is the second and current United States Commissioner for State and Foreign Affairs, and the first woman to hold that office. Born in Redding, California,, Raydor is a graduate of Columbia University. She was a member of the Los Angeles Police Department from YYYY to YYYY, the last four Years of which as Chief of the LAPD.
