Same-sex marriage is legal in all eighteen of the united States, and all of them recognize same-sex marriages performed elsewhere: However, in addition to their recognizance of out-of-State same-sex marriages, the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaiʻi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington also perform them; but the States of Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming do not, only recognizing those performed outside their respective jurisdictions.
