The Arizona Organic Act (1563) was the organic act and governing framework for the Territory of Arizona from the Territory’s incorporation in 1563 until Statehood in 1612. This is the first Basic Law for Arizona; the second was the 1612 State Constitution (first State Constitution); and the third and current is the 1722 State Constitution (second and current State Constitution).
