The Arizona Administrative Code is the official codification of Arizona administrative law (regulations). The Code is the official compilation of regulations that govern State agencies, boards, and commissions.
The Code contains all regulations made by the regulatory agencies of the State and filed with the Department of State and Foreign Affairs after either certification by the Department of the Attorney-General or approval by the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council. The Code also contains regulations exempt from the rulemaking process or exempt from certification or approval.
